Shop and account information:
- Shopify shop domain
- Shopify access token and granted app scopes
- Shopify user/session information provided during app authentication
- Store contact or notification email addresses

Product, inventory, and location information:
- Product and variant identifiers
- SKUs
- Product and variant titles
- Inventory item IDs
- Location IDs and location names
- Inventory quantities and inventory sync results

Automation and feed information:
- Automation names and settings
- Supplier feed format and field mappings
- Inbound FlowStock email addresses
- Supplier email metadata, such as sender email, recipient email, subject, attachment name, attachment type, and attachment size
- Inventory feed files uploaded to or received by FlowStock
- Dropbox feed URLs if provided by the merchant
- Sync history, errors, processing results, and timestamps

Billing information:
- Shopify billing plan
- Subscription status
- Trial or billing period information provided by Shopify

FlowStock does not intentionally collect or store Shopify customer records. FlowStock is designed to process merchant inventory and supplier feed data, not buyer personal information.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

- Provide and operate the FlowStock app
- Sync supplier inventory feeds with Shopify inventory
- Match SKUs to Shopify products and variants
- Update Shopify inventory quantities
- Display automation status and sync history
- Send operational notifications about inventory sync results
- Enforce plan limits and billing status
- Troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and maintain app security
- Comply with Shopify requirements and applicable legal obligations

3. Shopify API Access

FlowStock requests only the Shopify permissions needed to provide inventory automation. These may include access to read products, read inventory, write inventory, and read locations.

We use this access only to provide FlowStock’s inventory sync functionality.

4. Supplier Emails and Uploaded Files

FlowStock may receive supplier inventory feeds by email, file upload, or Dropbox URL. These files are processed to identify SKUs and inventory quantities.

You are responsible for ensuring that supplier feeds sent to FlowStock contain only information necessary for inventory syncing. You should not send customer personal information, payment information, or other sensitive personal data in supplier feeds.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate FlowStock, including:

- Shopify, for app authentication, billing, product data, inventory updates, and required webhooks
- Hosting and database providers, for securely running the app and storing app data
- Email infrastructure providers, for receiving supplier feed emails and sending operational notifications
- Queue or background job providers, for processing inventory sync tasks

These providers process information only as needed to support FlowStock.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of FlowStock, merchants, Shopify, or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain merchant data for as long as needed to provide FlowStock, maintain sync history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When a shop uninstalls FlowStock, we stop active app access and pause automations. When Shopify sends a required shop redaction request, we delete shop-linked data from our systems, including automations, sync runs, inventory updates, uploaded feed files, cached Shopify variant data, billing records, sessions, and related email events.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, secure authentication, encrypted transport where supported, and limited access to production systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information.

9. International Processing
